This 2017 vintage of Heitz Cellar's 'Trailside Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon features 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes fermented and aged separately for four years in French Limousin oak barrels. After three years of aging and careful selection, the superior barrels are blended together for bottling, resulting in a complex and mature wine. Pair with sliced prime beef and salsa verde.
